The recombinant Human metapneumovirus (HMPVA2) Fusion Trimer comprises 523 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 57.14 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 59.3 and 48.4 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 190.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
