The recombinant Human metapneumovirus (HMPVA1) Fusion Trimer Protein comprises 523 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 57.09 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 66.9,54 and 18.5 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 187.3 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
