The HRASLS3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. HRASLS3 is a tumor suppressor that takes part in interferon- dependent cell death. HRASLS3 is part of the class II tumor suppressor gene family and is involved in the regulation of differentiation and survival. HRASLS3 protein is expressed in a number of human tumors including ovarian carcinomas, lung carcinomas.
