Humaan CD34 antilichaam

CD34, also known as hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34 isoform b, is a member of a family of single-pass transmembrane sialomucin proteins. It is adhesion molecule with a role in early hematopoiesis by mediating the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or directly to stromal cells. This protein could act as a scaffold for the attachment of lineage specific glycans, allowing stem cells to bind to lectins expressed by stromal cells or other marrow components.

The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis and Flow cytometry to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results.

The cell lysate (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human CD34 antibody (1:1000) . Flow cytometry analysis of CD34 in KG1 cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0497 at 2-5ug for 1x10^6cells (red) . A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (dark gray), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (light gray) .
