Humaan Iduronaat 2-Sulfatase/IDS antilichaam

IDS, as known asiduronate 2-sulfatase isoform, isa member of the highly conserved sulfatase family of enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of O-sulfate and N-salfate esters from a varity of substrates. This protein is required for the lysosomal degradation of the glycosaminoglycans (GAG) heparan sulfate and dermatan sulfate. It hydrolyzes the 2-sulfate group of the IDS units of the GAG.

The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot and FACS analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results.

Flow cytometry analysis of IDS in HeLa cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0513 at 2-5ug for 1x10^6cells (red) . A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (blue), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (black) .
