Human. No cross reactivity with other human cytokines. Cross reactivity with macac TNF-a. No interference with soluble TNFR I and TNFR II.

This assay recognises both natural and recombinant human TNFalpha. To assess the specificity of this TNFalpha ELISA, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1beta, IL-6, IL-12, IL-4, IL-2, IFNgamma, IL-10, IL-8, and IL-13).
