May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
Negative on all human cells and cell lines tested. Also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine and guinea pig tissues. Recognizes a rat cell surface marker and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in rat.
