As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of Cynomolgus IL-23 Heterodimer is approximately 43.9 kDa、40.5 kDa and 22.7 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 60.9 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
