The recombinant heterodimer of human IL17A & IL17F consists of 298 (148+150) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 33.2 (16.48+16.72) KDa. It migrates as an approximately 25.8 kDa, 22.1 kDa and 18.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 39.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
