No. 10176-H02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human IL-18 Protein (Cat. No. 10119-HNCE) (Premixed with Recombinant Human IL-18Rα Protein, His Tag, Cat. No. 11102-H08H) with an affinity constant of 12.85 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested) .
