The ED50 range = 2ng/ml.Interleukin-21 isoform 1 or IL21, categorized as a T helper cytokine. IL21 is part of the regulation of immune responses, haematopoiesis and cell-mediated responses. IL21 takes a main part in haematopoiesis and immune responses regulation, therefore can affect lymphocyte development. Activation of T cells leads to production of the IL21 which has an important role in the viral infections persistence. IL21 Canine Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 130 amino acids (18-146a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15kDa.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

IL21 protein solution (0.5mg/mL) containing Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH7.4) .

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
