The recombinant Cynomolgus IL7 consists of 164 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 19 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 25-30 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. The molecular weight of this protein is around 27.0 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested) .
