JNJ-70218902 is a bispecific antibody that binds to human TMEFF2 on cancer cells and to human CD3 on T cells. JNJ-70218902 induces an exposure-dependent proinflammatory response and targeted tumor cell lysis, and promotes T cell-mediated tumor cell killing (EC50: 1.4 nM). JNJ-70218902 has a promising potential for prostate cancer research. The recommended isotype control is human IgG4 kappa, isotype control.
