KRISHGEN CAR/TCR Transgene Copy Number Quantitation RT-PCR Kit

The KRISHGEN CAR/TCR Transgene Copy Number Quantitation Kit is a qPCR based assay to quantify the copy number of target genes in cell therapy products. It utilizes multiplex qPCR technique to detect DNA sequences related to the integration or expression function on the transfer plasmid and Single Copy Gene (SCG) in human cells. The average copies of target gene per cell can be calculated in the samples, such as CAR or TCR gene copy numbers. This kit is specific, accurate and universal for lentiviral vector applications.

The kit and its components are to be stored as indicated in the IFU (instructions for use) . To ensure quality of your results, if all the wells in the kit are not being used, store the unused wells in the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack, well sealed and store at the indicated temperature.

The primers in the kit are specific for the analyte to be measured using the standards available in the kit for quantification of the results.
