There are indications that NGAL is involved in modulation of the inflammatory response and is found in the plasma of patients after stroke.LCN2 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 203 amino acids (21-200 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 23.3kDa.

Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

LCN2 protein solution (0.5mg/mL) containing Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
