LNCaP cells are androgen-sensitive human prostate adenocarcinoma cells derived from the left supraclavicular lymph node metastasis from a 50-year-old caucasian male in 1977.

Aliquot the lysate into single tube and then storing them -80C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cooling before use.

Western Blot analyzed by both GAPDH and Beta tubulin antibody
