LQZ-7I is a novel selectively inhibitor of survivin dimerization with IC50s of 4.8 μM and 3.1 μM in prostate cancer cell lines PC-3 and C4-2, respectively. LQZ-7I orally effectively inhibits xenograft tumor growth and induces survivin loss in tumors.
