For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Detects endogenous levels of human MKK3/MKK6 only when phosphorylated at Ser189/207 at 40kD (MKK3 phosphorylated) and 41kD (MKK6 phosphorylated). Does not recognize the corresponding phosphorylated residues of MEK1, MEK2 or MKK4/SEK1. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse and rat.
