Description :Recombinant human F2RL3 Protein with C-terminal human Fc tagBackground : This gene encodes a member of the protease-activated receptor subfamily, part of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family of proteins. The encoded receptor is proteolytically processed to reveal an extracellular N-terminal tethered ligand that binds to and activates the receptor. This receptor plays a role in blood coagulation, inflammation and response to pain. Hypomethylation at this gene may be associated with lung cancer in human patients. Molecular Characterization: mass of 29.5 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of F2RL3-hFc is approximately 25-55 kDa due to glycosylation.Tag :C-Human Fc Tag

The purity of the protein is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization.
Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing) . Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
