MNDA (CT) Antilichaam

MNDA Antibody: MNDA controls the expression of MCL-1 and BCL02 in chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells. MNDA is also a useful marker in the recognition and differential diagnosis of marginal zone lymphomas. MNDA has a role in regulating programmed cell death in myeloid progenitor cells, and its down-regulation in myelodysplastic syndromes is related to granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cell sensitivity to TRAIL-induced programmed cell death.

MNDA antibody can be stored at 4˚ C for three months and -20˚ C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.

Human MNDA has one isoform (407aa, 45.8kD) . Mouse MNDA has 2 isoforms, isoform 1 (425aa, 47kD) and isoform 2 (423aa, 46.8kD) . Rat MNDA has one isoform (438aa, 49.7kD) . 9645 can detect MNDA in human, but not in mouse and rat.
