CD274 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 246 amino acids (19-239 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 27.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher) .CD274 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CD274 takes part in the costimulatory signal, vital for T-cell proliferation and creation of IL10 and IFNG, in a PDCD1-independent and an IL2-dependent manner. CD274 collaboration with PDCD1 inhibits cytokine production and T-cell proliferation.

Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

CD274 protein solution (1mg/mL) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.15M NaCl.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
