Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight750 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human Myosin IIA, phosphorylated at Ser1943 at ~260kD. Two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing: isoform 1 at ~226kD and isoform 2 at ~160kD.
