NCOA4 Antibody: Study showed that NCOA4-mediated ferritin complex degradation supplies iron to mitochondria. Loss of COPZ1 induces NCOA4 mediated autophagy and ferroptosis in glioblastoma cell lines. NCOA4-mediated ferritinophagy promoted inflammatory responses in periodontitis. Low expression of ferritinophagy-related NCOA4 gene in relation to unfavorable outcome and defective immune cells infiltration in clear cell renal carcinoma.

NCOA4 antibody can be stored at 4˚ C for three months and -20˚ C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.

Human NCOA4 has 4 isoforms, including isoform alpha (614aa, 69.7kD), isoform beta (287aa, 32.6kD), isoform 3 (630aa, 71.4kD) and isoform 4 (650aa, 73.6kD) . Mouse NCOA4 has at least one isoform (625aa, 70.4kD) . Rat NCOA4 has one isoform (622aa, 70.3kD) . 9663 can detect NCOA4 in human, mouse and rat.
