May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Detects endogenous human PAK1, PAK2 and PAK3 only when phosphorylated at Thr423, Thr402 and Thr421, respectively. Does not crossreact with phosphorylated PAK4, PAK5 or PAK6. Does crossreact with phospho-Mst1 (Thr183) or phospho-Mst2 (Thr180). Species Crossreactivity: Guinea pig. Predicted to crossreact with mouse and rat based on sequence homology.
