Source: Sf9 insect cells.Sterile Filtered clear solution.Pollen allergen Phl p 6 (PhI p 6) causes an allergic reaction in humans.Recombinant Pollen allergen Phl p 6 produced in SF9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 13,162 Dalton. PhI p 6 is expressed with a 10xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Pollen allergen Phl p 6, Allergen Phl p VI, Phl p 6, PHLPVI.
Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
PhI p 6 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.9 and 6M Urea.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
