PLCB1 Antilichaam / Fosfolipase C-beta-1

PLCB1 catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of many extracellular signals. This gene is activated by two G-protein alpha subunits, alpha-q and alpha-11. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

After reconstitution, the PLCB1 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4°C. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

0.5 mg/mL if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water

The stated application concentrations are suggested starting amounts. Titration of the PLCB1 antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
