Recognizes human PKC alpha only when phosphorylated at Thr638 and human PKC beta II only when phosphorylated at Thr641 at 80, 82kD. Reacts weakly with phosphorylated PKC beta I and gamma. Recognizes the active form of PKC. Species Crossreactivity: monkey, rat and mouse.
