Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum and R-Phycoerythrin conjugated IgG. This antibody will cross react with B-Phycoerythrin.
