Recognizes PKA purified from bovine heart and recombinant human alpha isoform of PKA expressed in CHO cells. |Species Crossreactivity: mouse, rat, hamster and porcine. Crossreactivity with the beta-isoform of mammalian PKA is possible since it shares identity in 14 of 15 residues.
