RANKL/TNFSF11 protein is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF11B/OPG and TNFRSF11A/RANK and serves as a key regulator of osteoclast differentiation and activation. In addition, it is a factor that enhances the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T cell proliferation, indicating its importance in regulating the interaction between T cells and dendritic cells, as well as its potential role in T cell-dependent immune responses.
