Source : Pichia Pastoris. HbsAg adw produced Pichia Pastoris, having a molecular weight of approximately 24.0 kDa as shown on SDS-PAGE. HBsAg is the surface antigenof the Hepatitis-B-Virus (HBV) . The capsidof a virus has different surface proteins from the rest of the virus. The antigen is a protein that binds specifically on one of these surface proteins. It is commonly referred to as the Australian Antigen.
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE Coomassie staining.
Sterile Filtered solution containing 20mM Phosphate Buffer, 154mM sodium chloride.
