Recombinant humaan COMMD6-eiwit

COMMD6 contains 1 COMM domain. This protein down-regulates activation of NF-kappa-B and inhibits TNF-induced NFKB1 activation. Recombinant human COMMD6 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
