Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by its ability to inhibit Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) induction of alkaline phosphatase production in mouse embryonic fibroblast cells (C3H10T1/2) . Recombinant human HHIP (Cat #: AHN57501) inhibits a constant dose of 20 ng/mL of recombinant human Sonic Hedgehog/Shh Protein, high activity in a mouse embryonic fibroblast cell (C3H10T1/2) alkaline phosphatase induction assay with an ED50 = 0.1-0.6 µg/mL.

Lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 5% Trehalose, 5% Mannitol.
