HSPB9 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 179 amino acids (1-159 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.6kDa.HSPB9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Heat Shock Protein B9 (HSPB9) is a member of the small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. HSPB9 is found in the cytoplasm as well as in the nucleus. HSPB9 is expressed specifically in the testis.

The HSPB9 solution (0.25mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 50% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl and 2mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
