Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-27 anti-viral activity using human hepatocellular carcinoma cells (HepG2) infected with encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus. The ED50 for this effect is 0.75‑4.5 µg/mL.
