Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for one week. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human breast cancer cells (BT‑20) . When 5 x 10^4 cells/well are added to rhJAML (Cat #: AHN02401) coated plates (10 µg/mL, 100 µL/well), approximately 55%-75% will adhere after 1 hour at 37 °C. Similar results were obtained using HeLa, A549, and T84 cell-lines.

Lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 5% Trehalose, 5% Mannitol.
