LASP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 285 amino acids (1-261) and having a molecular mass of 32.3kDa.LASP1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. LASP1 has a vital part in the regulation of dynamic actin-based, cytoskeletal activities. Agonist-dependent changes in LASP1 phosphorylation can additionally assist in regulation of actin-associated ion transport activities in the parietal cell and in several other F-actin-rich secretory epithelial cell types.
