Recombinant humaan NHP2-achtig eiwit 1/NHP2L1 (N-6His)

Source: E.coli. MW :16.3kD. Recombinant Human NHP2L1 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Val128 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. NHP2-Like Protein 1 (NHP2L1) is a member of the ribosomal protein L7Ae family. NHP2L1 proteinis limited to the nucleus, primarily focused in the dense fibrillar component of the nucleolus. NHP2L1 has been shown to interact with RAD17and PRPF31. The protein undergoes a conformational change upon RNA-binding. NHP2L1 binds to the 5-stem-loop of U4 snRNA and may play a role in the late stage of spliceosome assembly, prior to step I of splicing catalysis.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at -20°C for 3 months.

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Endotoxin : Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) as determined by LAL test.
