Recombinant humaan nucleair eiwit 3/NOL3 (N-GST)

Source: E.coli. MW :48.92kD. Recombinant Human Nucleolar Protein 3 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ser208 is expressed with a GST tag at the N-terminus. Nucleolar Protein 3 is encoded by NOL3 gene; multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. So far, Nucleolar protein 3 has show to have two Isoforms. Isoform 1 may be involved in RNA splicing.Isoform 2 may inhibit apoptosis.It has been shown to down-regulate the enzyme activities of caspase 2, caspase 8 and tumor protein p53.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM TrisHCl,350mM NaCl,1mM DTT, pH 8.0.

The product is shipped at ambient temperature.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at -20°C for 3 months.

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles. Endotoxin : Less than 0.1 ng/μg (1 IEU/μg) as determined by LAL test.
