Recombinant humaan NUDCD2-eiwit

NUDCD2 contains 1 CS domain and interacts with LIS1. This protein may regulate the LIS1/dynein pathway by stabilizing LIS1 with Hsp90 chaperone. Recombinant human NUDCD2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
