Recombinant humaan PBLD/MAWBP (N-6His)

Source: E.coli. MW :33.95kD. Recombinant Human PBLD is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala288 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Phenazine Biosynthesis-Like Domain-Containing protein (PBLD) belongs to the phenazine biosynthesis-like protein (PhzF) family, which is expressed in most tissues. PBLD takes part in the MAPK signaling pathway, and is involved in multiple basic cellular functions. The expression of PBLD can be increased in several disease processes, including insulin resistance, folate deficiency and hypotension.
