PCP4L1, also known as Purkinje cell protein 4-like protein 1, belongs to the PCP4 family and contains 1 IQ domain. Recombinant human PCP4L1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
