RAB3IL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 405 amino acids (1-382a.a) and having a molecular mass of 45kDa.RAB3IL1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB3A Interacting Protein Like 1 (RAB3IL1) is a 382 amino acid protein which is a member of the SEC2 family. RAB3IL1 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rab3A. RAB3IL1 competes for interaction with Rab3A and IHPK1 via its coiled coil domain, which doesn't involve IHPK1 kinase activity.

RAB3IL1 protein solution (0.25mg/mL) containing Phosphate buffer saline (pH 7.4) and 50% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
