RERG Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 219 amino acids (1-199 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher) . The RERG is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RERG is a 199 amino acid protein which localizes in the cytoplasm and is a member of the Ras subfamily of small GTPases. RERG is expressed in the pancreas, liver, skin, lung, brain, kidney and heart tissue. RERG is a vital mediator of diverse cell signaling pathways, including those leading to cell proliferation, cytoskeletal organization and secretion.

The RERG solution (0.25 mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT and 50% glycerol.

RERG should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
