RAC3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 189 amino acids (1-189 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 21kDa.RAC3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAC3 belongs to the Rac subfamily of the Rho small G proteins. RAC3 is a small (approximately 21kDa) monomeric GTP-binding protein, which is an important component of intracellular signaling pathway, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases.

The RAC3 solution (0.5mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT, 200mM NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF and 1mM EDTA.

RAC3 although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
