Recombinant humaan REXO1-eiwit

REXO1 belongs to the REXO1/REXO3 family and contains 1 exonuclease domain. This protein seems to have no detectable effect on transcription elongation in vitro. Recombinant human REXO1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
