Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When rhBMP-4 is coated at 1 μg/mL, rhRGMA (CAT #: AHJ37701) binds with an apparent KD <50nM. Immobilized rhRGMA (Cat #: AHJ37701) can bind rmNeogenin/Fc Chimera with a linear range of 10-500 ng/mL.
