Recombinant humaan Serpin B3/SSCA1-eiwit

SERPINB3 also known as serpin B3 is a papain-like cysteine protease inhibitor to modulate the host immune response against tumor cells. Also functions as an inhibitor of UV-induced apoptosis via suppression of the activity of c-Jun NH (2) -terminal kinase (JNK1) . Recombinant human SERPINB3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
