Recombinant humaan SPAG7-eiwit

SPAG7 contains 1 R3H domain. This protein is detected in fetal brain and localized in the nucleus. Recombinant human SPAG7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
