Recombinant humaan STMN4-eiwit

STMN4 belongs to the stathmin family and exhibits microtubule-destabilizing activity. Recombinant human STMN4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
